Hi Sohbia, really good videos. Could you give a guide for which shelf to use and position for cooking/reheating pre bought food, such as meat pies, lasagne etc. I took delivery 3 days ago, and none of the Hysapientia recipes gives this information. Thanks

Hiya, I would use the middle shelf for pre bought food. Follow the cooking/reheating instructions on the packaging but of course if frozen it may need cooking for a little longer xx

Hi Sohbia, just rolling through you videos, I'm looking at buying the HYSapientia oven to add to my outdoor kitchen. I did see they do a 15L model. Have you tried that? Ive printed 3 of you recipes so far and looking forward to trying.😊
