Respectfully, why is bro covering his face like he is in the cartel?😂.

I know how to quarter an animal so I don’t know why I started watching this, but I’m glad I did! Couple cool tricks, I really liked what you did on the front shoulder and the on the top of hind quarter. Real slick. Thumbs up and downloaded.

Thank you for your clear presentation. You mentioned that you sometimes de-bone in the backcountry. I'd like to see your video on that if you have one. I can't seem to find it.

one of the better videos how to quarter an elk. Great job. I watched a couple of times to make sure I am ready this year

Great demonstration, fellers. Going a lot further back into roadless ground this year. Always want to get as much meat out intact as possible. Big thumb up.

Also maybe focus more on the animal when he is explaining and less on him. And maybe zoom out a smidge while he is working to the elk. Still helpful video thanks for posting and explaining.

My only issue is, I also use the heart, liver, and kidneys.

I realize this video was put out 3 years ago and some other smartass probably already asked... but is it easier to do this method while wearing a "mask"? 😁

That may be the first time I've seen the tenderloin, errr stink gland, removed that way. WAY cleaner method! No opening the cavity at all.

I don't like this method, too much room for error, and you still gotta get the heart, liver, and kidneys. I rather do it old school and use the animals hide to protect it from the ground.

Better way to do these videos is to have the newbie do it and you explain. All the questions he asks you will come out for the viewer. Still, good job.

Man you guys and the hair in the meat is just terrible. Learn how to use a knife properly and take the time to do it right. Growing up with an outfitter father if we would have done an animal with the negligence some of today’s so called experts do, I would have got a good wake up call on the side of the head.
