Hi Kris!! Yesterday I did a very similar meal. I made Chicken Parmesan Sandwich w/ Garlic Butter Green Bean & Sliced Potatoes as my side. My Aid found 2 frozen Kaiser Rolls & 3 Chicken Patties in my freezer (got lost way in the back). She helped me prep the green beans & potatoes as I got the Chicken Patties made. I put leftover Spaghetti Sauce on each patty, then added a slice of Land 'o Lakes white American cheese on each on patty. Then baked them in my toaster oven. I made 2 sandwiches for dinner, and for lunch I had the 3rd patty on top of garlic butter ramen. Use up what you have first right. Enjoy your day tomorrow!! ❤

that sounds amazing and yes use up what you have such a great idea. That land of lakes white american is what I bought a whole brick of for 10 I think I will end up shredding it up. I am glad it is working so good with you and your aid that is wonderful

I love making meatball subs. I cut the buns from the top, not the side. I scoop out some of it, save for breadcrumbs. I put carmalized onions yellow or red pepper strips, a bed of cheese. Then the meatballs. I don't make Italian spiced meatballs. Just seasoning omitting I Italian ones. Top with mozzarella and broil. Or I've made sweedish meatball subs sooo good with havarti cheese. I'm praying for you and your family for tomorrow's celebration of life. ❤

dang girl I think I might have to stop by and have you make me one sounds amazing. If mine had been fuller buns I would have cut from the top but they were pretty skinny. Thank you for your prayers. Gonna be hard to say good bye forever but I will do this. thank you my friend

pretty good my sugar is between 136 and 150 from 315 and I am down 47 lbs
