Ingredients:
- 550 gr of beef
- 80 gr of breadcrumbs
- pepper and salt
- 1 C. to s. parsley and 1 tsp. to s. garlic
- 1 C. to s. oregano and 5 cl milk
- 1 egg
For the sauce:
- 60 gr of Greek yogurt
- thyme
- dill
- chive
- paprika
- olive oil and vinegar
Preparation of the recipe :
Put 550 gr of beef in a salad bowl
Add 80 gr of breadcrumbs
Pepper and salt
Add 1 tsp. to s. parsley and 1 tsp. to s. garlic
Add 1 tsp. to s. oregano and 5 cl milk
Add 1 egg
Mix by hand
Roll meatballs, place on a baking sheet and bake in static heat at 180 ° for 50 min in the oven.
A sauce idea to accompany your dumplings: Pour 60 g of Greek yogurt with a little thyme
A little dill, chives and paprika (you can add lemon juice)
