Join Matt Pittman of Meat Church BBQ at The Shed Showdown 2020. A 2 day event consisting of a massive party with over 1,000 lbs of crawfish & 20 kegs of beer Friday Night. Then Saturday the competitions; Dual Steak cook-off, ribs, turkey, gravy, bloody mary & kid's pork chop. Culminating in a head to head battle of the winner of Steak A (ribeye) vs. the winner of Steak B (strip) in a live 35 minute cook-off.

How do you judge a state correctly after it's been sitting? The appearance might be okay but how is the doneness and everything going to work out right if you're not eating it as soon as it's at the optimal temperature 10 minutes after it comes off the grill? Seems like it would be hard to judge all that

Meat Church is season salt with sugar. Will not buy any of their product. Plus, why come out with a primo rub? He's not BBQ just BQ, back yard I went to The Shed 1wk ago and it is nice to visit but my backyard Texas style BBQ is hands down better. The crawfish were not on menu and lady at counter said won't be till April. Be It Known, competition Champs don't mean Great BBQ restaurants
