See page 363 of Tom Holland's (TH) 'In the shadow of the sword' (2012) for a commentary on the confusion of geography, etc. Yusuf Ali in his foot note for his translation of Quran says Bakka is the same as Makka (Mecca). Here is what TH says on p 363 of his book: "Muslim scholars, in their understandable efforts to identify Bakka with Mecca, went to great and often fantastical lengths to explain how a patriarch who, according to venerable tradition, had been promised Cannan by God, and not Arabia, might conceivably have ended up in Mecca." I've just checked Surah 48 verse 24 which is supposed to be the only reference to Mecca. This translation asserts that this verse has nothing to do with the town Mecca, the word that occurs thereat is rendered as something else, not a location. It includes a lengthy footnote to inform why this rendition is different. Page 1711 (e-edition 5B page 1711) quranite.com In conclusion there is no reference to Mecca of Saudi Arabia throughout the Quran. None.

Such an association come from its role as a burial city; -The Qur’an focuses on northern Arabia: ʿĀd, Thamūd and Madyan are all north Arabian civilisations; the cities of Lūṭ are claimed to be nearby; Petra is entirely missing from the early Islamic literature and yet corresponds in myriad instances in the same literature’s description of Makkah Much of quran writing and dialect is from northern Arabia. Stone boards for games of chance such as those mentioned in the Qur’an have been found at Petra, never at Makkah; Makkah was never a major city on a caravan route whereas Petra was both as ancient maps prove. During the civil war with Ibn Zubayr (64AH, 683 CE) the Syrian army attacked the holy city with trebuchet stones; there is no evidence of trebuchet stones at Makkah whereas hundreds exist in Petra. the Ka’ba in Petra is the original Ka’ba, and the one in Mecca was made by Ibn Zubayr when he rebelled against the caliphs. Muhammad told Muslims to pray to Al lat Al Uzza and Manat. Northern Arabia goddesses of the nabateans. The description of Mecca and it's surroundings in the Quran are incorrect But is almost identical to Petra. Only 9 places named in quran, all inhabitants are civilization from Northern Arabia. Early Kaaba dimensions do not fit Mecca Kaaba but are exact to building in Petra.

the reason Hadiths are late in time is because there was a prohibition of recording them, this was done so that the caliphs that usurped the power from the family of the prophet (sa) would not be embarrassed and undermined by Hadiths that would reveal who the real successors were. just google "prohibition of recording the hadith. The fact is that Muhammad designated 12 lineal descendants to lead the muslim ummah. The most famous for his martyrdom is Imam Hussein sa and his tomb has been a pilgrimage since 56 AH. This uninterrupted pilgrimage (presently the largest annual pilgrimage) to his tomb establishes the history of early Islam along with other evidence such as inscriptions. Muawiya who fought the 1st of the 12 lineal descendents Imam Ali at the battle of siffeen has his name inscribed on a dam which is within 25 years of Hijrah.

According to history: Ad was a small local arabian tribe south of Jordan northern Arabia 2nd century AD based on Ptolemy. It did not exist before the 2nd Century A.D based on Strabo and Pliny. And AD came 1000 years after Thamud! Al Tabari wrote that people told Muhammad stories about AD. Maybe he mixed local knowledge with other myths.

Geographically, Arabian peninsula in the western coast which is the only mountainous part of the desert, are the only route that the Bedouins crossing over. Kaaba was a rest place for cattle herders, it was an unroofed four wall, a shelter for cattles and shepherds. It was a Miqhlah, a shipfold. Its name was mentioned in nearly exact place of Kaabah in ptelomy map second century AD, chargada or tetragon. so this place was well-known in the history and its usage too. For this reason when Allah changed his mind to have a new direction instead of Jerusalem for his followers to pray toward, Allah called this place BeitulAtiq , old house. Arab Bedouins had many gods that worshipped, the well known was in the south Rahman, bull, antelope, ram or camel , another name for camel is hubal or ebal. MacoRaba which is seen in the map of ptelomy means house of Rab, camel or lamb. Camel for dwellers of sands and deserts are very important in every aspects. That they can call it god, camel of rocks which inscribed pictographs on the rocks of that area indicating this. Allah is a newly imported God from eastern coast and north of the Arabian peninsula.

The irony of this one is mind boggling. The fact that you encourage us to read the Gospel of Barnabas conveys your strong ignorance of what you state. You reccomend the GOB which teaches Jesus IS NOT THE MESSIAH in section 42 & 48 which contradicts the Quran (5:19). You encourage us to read the GOB that has major geographical errors such as we see in chapter 20 that has Jesus sailing to Nazareth even its not on the seashore. You insist we read the Gospel of Barnabas that teaches there are 9 heavens, not 7, thereby contradicting the Quran lol. This same GOB that contradicts Marys birth narrative in the Quran in regard to pain. LOL You got a dilemma buddy: If we accept the Gospel of Barnabas then the Quran is false cause it consistently contradicts it. And if we accept the Quran then the GOB is false cause it consistently contradicts it.. LOL You cant have your cake and eat it too buddy.

Please read Sura 5:68 and your prophet will tell you the truth. Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “O People of the Book! You have nothing to stand on unless you observe the Torah, the Gospel, and what has been revealed to you from your Lord.” And your Lord’s revelation to you ˹O Prophet˺ will only cause many of them to increase in wickedness and disbelief. So do not grieve for the people who disbelieve.
