Hint. To make any box or pipe frame stronger, it has to be braced. Box is easy. Get a 2x2 (50mm x50mm) take a 1x1, weld 5mm thick plates to 2 sides, place inside 2x2 and rotate until points touch. Weld in position via prepositioned drill holes along the length. Pipe? Brackets and blocks.
