7:50 this is very common on pre 2000 Porsche when anti-seize is not used. We would remove with a 14mm hole saw with the centering bit removed but those lug nuts were made of aluminum.

At 4:16 that was a vehicle with a broken head gasket. Someone filled the oil tank with sawdust in order to hide the gasket break long enough to sell the car

Unfortunately this is what happens when you live in an area that gets ice and snow and especially where the roads get heavily salted. Winters in Southeastern Michigan, for example, hovers near freezing and we in a CONSTANT freeze-thaw-freeze-thaw..".."... This causes so much havoc on our vehicles as it buckles the roads terribly and the salt and moisture corrodes away the underside of your vehicle!
