So they used different length wrenches progressively getting longer. Maximum human strength on a foot long bar would give say 100ft pounds. Then it goes up and up. They are clever dudes

Почему не заменили втулки распредвала? Почему толкатели не смазали маслом при установке в блок двигателя? В двигатель сначала устанавливается распредвал потом коленчатый вал.

You must install the piston to the liner from the down side.Also they dont mesure the clearence between piston and cylinder head... liner

I doubt that..... It is only because the cylindres are not integrated in the block that you can enter the pistons from the bottom end of the cylindres! Because this one of the very few engines where it is acrually possible to enter the cylindres from the bottom end.... why would it be necassary to do so??

Most viewers don't know, for safety reasons tables, chairs and toilet bowls are forbidden in Pakistan. It's because from these dangerous, unpredictable furnitures at any time something can fall down and chopping of toes. Here in western world we clearly use these dangerous furnitures only in extreme emergencies and from a safe distance.

Thanks, tough work. Other then oil gallery plugs cleanout & oiling threads & bolt heads for the crank, rod, head, cam and flywheel, the torque wrench would be nice but not a necessity. Does anyone but a beginner us one on EVERYTHING engine, suspension, brake & drive train that's fastened?

Crankshaft bearing tightening order likely incorrect. He should tightening from middle to outer with torque wrench

For decades I've always impacted mains, rods and head without a second thought. Never had an issue. Torque wrenches are for beginners to learn like the equivalent of a wiffle ball😂

Я тут думал купить динамометрический ключ, оказывается он и нахрен не нужен трубы хватит , ещё какие то моменты измерять,тяп ляп в грязной солярке помыть и в бой.

я ни один мотор перебрал и никогда динамометрическим не пользовался,смотря какой мотор и тяну такой трубой любой механизм и чувствую где трубой,а где нет,а вот вкладыши в бугеля они не те заперли

Совсем никакого песка и пыли при сборке😂. Я думаю в соседнем дворе можно процессоры выпускать. Не ребята, этот двигатель много не проходит. Абразив, однако.

대한민국에서는 이제 저런 방식으로 일하지 않습니다 여기서는 전부 신품으로 교환하는 걸 수리라고 하는데 그걸 기술이라고 할 수는 없지요 닦고 조이고 기름쳐서 다시 작동하게 만드는 일은 아름다워보이기까지 합니다 낡고 녹슨 쇳덩이에 생명을 불어넣는 일은 이제 유투브에서나 볼 수 있습니다

5:38 The sliding bushings of the camshaft pushers are not new, but with signs of wear - pitting is visible on some pushers. It is unacceptable. 25:24 Engine repair shop doesn't have a torque wrench?

Собрал штук 300 дойц 912-914 прежде чем затягивать гбц нужно поставить выхлопной коллектор потом уже гбц

на т-40 тоже самое и всегда затягивал трубой головки,а потом спокойно коллектора прикручивал,а вот вкладыши в бугеля не те заперли

Assuming all ring gap, bearing and bore checks were done off camera. Oil filter should be filled before installing as a diesel motor will stave until it is filled

I would have aligned the heads before torquing the heads, to spec. I guess they noticed that fact by themselves when trying to fit the first manifold to it, and that's the reason the installed and finished dynapac was never started in vid.
