It's that time of year when the storms start coming our way. It is now peak season! What preparations to you take for the summer storms? We've all tried to lasso something but we just made it fun.

Cowboys & GOOGANs use ropes. They probably call them "dock ROPES."🤣😁 Experienced boaters call them "lines." Google "Dock ROPES"... sure, there are a few results, but most search queries change the language to "dock lines." I won't keep my boat in a marina during a hurricane. Why? because no matter how many ropes you use to tie up there are other boats that will break loose and torpedo anything in the way. Check out pictures of marinas after a hurricane, your boat will end up in a pile of boats. When a hurricane is eminent I try to find a mangrove tributary with no boats around.
