I think those "dark grey" pieces on the legs are just yellowed, not a different collor of plastic. Just for camparison, my copy is fine thought.

I have the same figure. Aside from some debris from injection molding, it’s fantastic. Watch out for those ear-horns, though. Mine developed a stress mark on the left one after a few days of handling.

@@ramirez9523 So I was an idiot and was doing it wrong the head is fine lol. You should also be able to loosen the top flap that's on top in the vehicle mode. Size wise it's the same heigh as the original which I think is like a bit over 7 inches?

In order to store the Ion Blaster in Truck mode, You have to put it inbetween the rear wheels. The gun is inserted from below and upside down and the barrel facing away from the truck. The trigger grip is latch on the trailer hitch. Though storing in this manner will not make the rear wheel spin on a hard surface

There are some well done KOs out there such as the TLK Megatron Ko made by the same company (with the same box design). Speaking of really good KOs, one company is also knocking off Studio Series figures and have done SSO5 and SS32 OP (even with separate packages for weapons and a trailer), SS61 Sentinel Prime and the long awaited SS14 Ironhide KO which should finally offset the rarity of the poorly distributed Hasbro toy which scalpers are selling at ridiculous prices. Edit: they also made SS31 Megatron but the chest redesign they implemented was slightly too big and ruined the figure somewhat

Aside from some stiff moving parts and some things not latching together quite the way they should, this guy is amazing. Very little gib, great proportions and the posability is phenomenal. Got him as a Christmas present (before I knew he was a knockoff). Was worried at first but that’s no longer an issue. Love the darker red look because it’s close to the colour in TFP. Just needs some autobot insigs and he’s good to go.

Well, I ordered a knock off of a knock off because I got this from a different seller with the exact same manual, but in a completely different box that’s very generic. The diecast parts are still there, but transformation is a lot harder to do than the one shown, and the colors are a lot more darker, so the bootleg of a bootleg is not as good as the original bootleg.

in truck mode, instead put the gun on the trailer hole as instructed by the manual,, you can also put the gun under the "chassis" and it would sit tight.. but the wheels will float a little bit.. 😅

I’d say get this KO mold and figure out if you want the premium finish ver later on. I got this as well as an official SS38 and the differences are pretty much indistinguishable unless you really look.

Just bought a bootleg Optimum pride. Just for disclaimer, not all bootleg transformers are made equal. mines got a lot of nubs and the articulation joint for the right arm are very loose making it difficult for the figure to pose in a certain way. i can tell that mines going to broke sooner. so i don't recommend anyone looking for a figure with good quality

Ours had problems with the paint and diecast chip and the feet would not lock in place. Overall despite the darker colors which looked nothing like the sellers pictures, it is a good sculpt but really top heavy so kept falling over. Wish it came with the box ours had none. In any event a decent KO but would consider other sculpts over this model.

I literally have the knockoff Mpm-10 (the one where you broke the Matrix holder 🥲) as well as this one... except the Nemesis Prime one. I love absolutely everything about it, except the feet parts, especially during transformation. One of mine snapped off, and I had to glue it back on, and now can never transform it again. 😫
