What do you think the audience retention will be at the conclusion of season 2? Around 35%? Under 30%? Or do you think it will go up with fewer viewers this time around? I think it will be around 33% myself.

I hope it's zero, but 25% would be reasonable. I'm not the biggest Tolkien fan, but watching what has been done to his works is saddening. If Hollywood didn't have legacy IPs to destroy they wouldn't have anything at all it seems.

I say 40% because so many already dropped the series after the first season. But if they pull something even more.... special.... than Mt. Doom igniting then it will probably be lower.

I turned on episode 4 and made it maybe 5 minutes before I just gave up and played on my phone. Can't even get good fantasy from Tolkien with these "writers" in holyweird now

A lot of reviewers use so many clips of the show that the reviews themselves get painful to watch through osmosis. Albeleo knows this and thus these are great.

I cant wait for the next episode reviews, because Im not watching that myself. I love LotR and especially the depth of lore behind it, so its sad to see their blunders, but its entertaining as well. (Cant wait for them to never take the rings off only to be influenced by Sauron and then blame the person who wants them removed. Hopefully this is not a prediction.)

I'm pretty much beyond belief at this point in just how much of Tolkien's work they get wrong. It defies common sense to write such inane nonsensical plotlines that, as you've mentioned Buddy, contradicts not only the source material but their OWN previous Season script! As I've said before this has got to be on purpose. I cannot imagine a group of people being this stupid without SOMEBODY standing up and saying "this...does...not...WORK! Bezos must HATE Tolkien, I can't be convinced otherwise.

Can I ask how a lord of the rings spin off games in Shadows of Mordor and War. Do a better job explaining the corruption of Sauron on both Elves, Human and men. In the second game it goes to show that Sauron would show up with the rings to the Human kings in their time of need. Let them think that they are in control before submit to their darker urges and therefore submit to Sauron and his power. I hope you can do a review on Wheel of Time a book series close to my heart

Okay, I have to say iI These dwarves look uncanny, I haven’t seen anyone else bring this up but the dwarves look unnatural Gimli looks gross but he looks like a living creature, these dwarves look horrifying

@@Albeleo It’s hard to say, but when I look at them I have a hard time registering what I see as even remotely human looking- The prosthetics are probably the reason, but when I look at them I feel like I’m staring at something trying its best to imitate what it thinks a person looks like from memory
