Can you use the cups in another pump? Like de Horigen Elody pump?

It will depend on the connection point to the Horigen pump and the size of the tubing. Unfortunately, I don't have one to confirm, but there are hacks to use the Medela cups with other pumps such as Spectra and Baby Buddha.
