oh my god. everytime I workout my triceps I feel that feeling of electricity and my nerve moving and it is scary AF. I tried all triceps workouts. yours is amazing and for the first time in my life, I feel the fire in the muscle without the nerve getting irritated. I wanna cry. My triceps is inactive for a very long time. I love you

Hi, how are you now? Did exercises helped with nerve subluxation?

Tusen takk, Kjetil. Skal prøve dette. Fikk orden på Scalenus anterior etter å fulgt TOS artikkelen. Jeg håper at dette går samme vei.

Both arms need this rehab for me. Never been able to activate that area without tons of pain, cheers

Im a bit late with this comment. I am also facing a triceps tendonitis on both arms at the moment. In case you had something similar, how are you doing now? Did any specific tips help you the most? I would really appreciate if you took the time to answer because it could help me out a bunch.

plz answer me i have tos and shoulder impingement and triceps tendonitis and ulnar nerve compression in elbow... its all notmal come together or tos causes all things??

I've searched the internet for evidence that corroborate what you say, and I literally could not find anything concerning both medial head tricep weakness and ulnar nerve entrapment. Of course I believe what you say, and have implemented your exercise as a part of my routine while my tricep tendonitis heals. Can I ask how you found out about this?

Hey so I bench pressed the exact way you described: supinated wrist and humeral external rotation. The only thing is I did it with heavy weight repeatedly. I think that causes my ulnar nerve problems in addition to shoulder problems.. I'm curious if this rehab will work for me since this is how I caused the condition. Also how does that grip affect the rotator cuff muscles. I feel in that grip there's more teres recruitment during the bench press doing that. Is that true?

Would you also recommend underhand cable pushdowns as a standard triceps variation for bulletproofing the area?
@MSKNeurology2 жыл бұрын
How about just doing what I recommended in the video?
@Marco-pf3te2 жыл бұрын
@@MSKNeurology Always do, since you've helped me tremendously. Just wondering if I switched to underhand grip for tricep on push day, If that would have a similar benefit.

@@Marco-pf3te If no pain, then go hard for a couple of sets with pronated grip and then go SLOW AND EASY as I show here with max. supination
