Can you elaborate more on the reasoning for going full time? You’re no longer a sales rep despite having great success and a seemingly promising future in the industry? I know you mentioned seeing others succeed is more fulfilling but throwing away a career you’ve worked so hard towards while you’re still young doesn’t seem like a smart decision. I can’t wrap my head around it quite frankly.

Appreciate the comment and great question. I went full time because I've already had all the success I needed in this career. I've taken lowest performing territories to top 10 for the largest company in the world. I became an RM where most people take 10 years and I did it with under 2. I grew a territory from 0 to 750k in 18 months. I also helped over 1500 people break into the industry... such as Garrett in this video. I enjoy watching Garrett break into this industry and change his life more than myself making another 30k commission check. But that's just me and some might not understand that, which is okay
