Very basic info covered. Please note all IT companies are providing a optional top up for health insurance which will provide coverage up to 10 Lakh or more. But we need to pay extra premium for top up. It is recommended to have company health insurance policy for more amount eg 10 Lakh and one personal policy for less amount eg 3 lakh. In case if we leave the company for any reason, the company policy will end on the same day. In that situation we shall utilize the personal policy in case of emergencies. I hold both company and personal policy for better protection.

பயனுள்ள தகவல். என் வயது 77. நான் 2004 ம் ஆண்டிலிருந்து national health insurance பாலிசி எடுத்து கட்டி வருகிறேன் .cataract operation க்காக 50000 ரூபாய் வாங்கியிருக்கிறேன் . 2017ல். சென்ற ஆண்டு கட்டியதை விட இந்த ஆண்டு இரு மடங்காக பிரிமியம் கட்டசொல்லி தபால் வந்துள்ளது . இது சரி யா. நான் என்ன செய்யவேண்டும் என்பதை தயவு செய்து சொல்லவும் .please reply.

Please continue, since you are already having a continuous policy. Benefits like pre existing diseases are covered if you are having policy continuously for more than 4 years. Since you cannot buy a policy at this age.
