Do This for Anxiety and Claustrophobia

Anxiety and claustrophobia often happen in the operating room. It's natural to be anxious or feel claustrophobic to an extent, but too much can cause complications with surgery or anesthesia. Here are my two favorite tricks for crushing and overcoming situational anxiety and claustrophobia before surgery and anesthesia.

Personally i’m claustrophobic and i get really bad anxiety.. i’ve never had any surgeries done other than when i was little but Thank you! because this can come handy in the case of me having surgery and panicking before…

Have you tried Acupuncture or Shiatsu? You might have what’s called heart blood. Iron deficiency, and I would suggest taking 10,000 units of high absorption vitamin D every day.. ❤ exercise twice a week and make sure you get lots of sun 🌞 I don’t have anxiety, but I know that Acupuncture can help and natural herbal remedies for what’s called damn heat in the gallbladder and liver. That’s for more of the claustrophobia eastern medicine is related to its called wood 🪵 element.

@@symix. Maybe read too much Edgar Allen Poe as a child? When I had an MRI two years ago I simply freaked. Felt completely out of control. Had to reschedule and take a sedative which I’ll do for this one as well (Insurance has to pay for cancelled procedures). I know it’s not rational and I feel really foolish.
