I think the family’s should get involved and get educated about the side affects and horrific withdrawals they may go through getting off them. I’m a survivor of PAWS. I m well aware of the flaws within the medical industry. I’m suffering with ptsd from learning about what Doctors DON’T know about these drugs. The speed in which they prescribe these drugs is crazy.

Klonopin = 33 years, Effexor XR = 18 years, Topamax = 13 years. Nearly 5 years off Klonopin and nearly 4 years off the other two. It never ceases to amaze me how ignorant doctors are and how evil the drug manufacturers are. Insomnia, paresthesia, body aches and sensitivities........ Good luck to all of us who survive this hell.

I'm a veteran, grandfather, and landowner, and I was committed for public speaking and my religious beliefs, and put on neurotoxins, and am sick, years later, and have been trying to get an appointment for about two and a half years, and the VA hospital has been giving me the run around, and cancelling my appointments, and I have tried two other hospitals, and I can only talk to my psychologist at the VA, and he said, "I don't know what to do about irreversible lithium neurotoxicity", and won't give me a hint what to do, or how to get seen to get a diagnosis, and treatment. I can't sleep normally, can't move around very good, sitting in a chair, have trouble and pain when I initially try to swallow liquids or food, and I can't get any help or advice. I have no support from my family, am disliked because I have different beliefs and interests, so I don't have anyone to ask, and could use some advice on what I can do.

I agree about a persons diet playing a massive role on a person's mental weobeing,it's his views on what a diet should look like that's a massive problem, notice he didn't include animal products which is a species appropriate diet, we're omnivores who have always went towards carnivore... This who blue zone dietary non sense which keeps getting debunked is becoming a issue not to mention nutrition scias it is is complete BS, with studies being theory based, poorly measures such as epidemiological and observationally reported on, doctored studies and or bought and paid for in order to proclaim a narrative, nutrition as a whole has been lieing to people for centuries now, is it any wonder our mental health is so down hell vegan diets center around malnutrition, known for giving depression and anxiety

If you happen to see this, would you feel willing and up to elaborating on your nerve damage? I've got issues myself and I'm trying to find more information. I suspect, very strongly, that these issues - which have become more debilitating every day - were caused by long term use of psych drugs. I'm not even 50 years of age and my quality of life continues to slide down. And there's no help except "well, let's try this drug". Informed consent is lacking in the general healthcare system and especially in the psychiatric system. ( I live in Ontario, Canada btw.)

Drinking Pedialyte everyday. My eyes are burning out of my head. My intestines my inside my guts are burnt. My skin is burning off

Taper this stuff out and go on quivic as sleep aid. You can not switch of psychosis because it's natural behaviour that has a meaningfull function in nature (breaking up large groups). Avoid stress and intolerant people.

Help! Need help right now! My doctor put me on 10g diazepam in September for intractable pain. By January it turned on me.. I was in his office. Not not doing very well. Told him my symptoms.. nurse said it sounded like protracted withdrawal.. I said no that's not possible I'm taking it like I'm supposed to.. I told the doctor I think it's too much. He said quote: "oh just cut it back"😩. Well that was the worst thing in the world he could have said.. I've been in distress now since January, this is March.. my entire nervous system has been deregulated.. my blood pressure is going up and down, heart rate is all over the place, my entire intestines are locked up. The pain that I had in my body to begin with is exponentially worse!. Please I need help now.

Try low doses tilidin. Don't go over 200 mg per day - from than on you will only increase the dosage but not the effect (opiate insensitivity)At this dosage one can withdraw it even after prolonged use without major withdrawal effects. It helps with sleep and to my experience has a mood stabilizing effect.
