It’s already a thing in the historical fashion community!!! And I think it’s only a matter of time before some elements become mainstream

I’m personally SO excited for this, I generally dress very fantasy-inspired, I really hope it manifests and I hope that I can find some cool stylish and interesting clothes for my husband as well!!

One of the things I love about the original medieval fashion (and other historical and traditional styles too) is the way the fabric is used. Nothing goes to waste!!! And the style of construction makes it a more approachable option for beginner sewers

You are right that medieval fashion is so fun. That's what fashion should be. Medieval is so different. You say you feel that we are "so recycling [fashion] things all the time". I totally agree. I have commented here before that so many of the current fashion trends all run together with me and are, your word again, "boring." A lack of creative vision from the fashionistas, I say. Your beginning poem was great and when you appeared on screen, that was "wow". The pearl headband was an inspired touch. I'm glad that headwear for women is coming back. What ever happened to hats for both genders? I agree with your styling advice that the medieval look should look and feel "heavy". No minimalism here. REALLY enjoyed this video. THUMBS UP!!!!👍👍👍👏👏👏

Great video, and Medieval fashion should make a comeback. There are some small businesses that offer Medieval and Medieval Revival clothing, like Revival, Baseborn Co., and the Belated Beatnik.
