I'll be honest with you. I've been watching KZbin for a while and it seems to me that you will have a bright future ahead of you. You're a good listener. I will follow your career, but I will wait with the sub :) Good luck :)

Wow interesting that pax dei is such a downer. Looked so interesting visually though

Yeah I thought the same thing! I know the combat is terrible (which is for a game in this genre is pretty important I think) but if they pull that off and fix what needs to be fixed-it may be pretty interesting. Can’t deny the fact that the game looks so pretty though

For me, i really don't like mmo's. I do love Conan exiles and got really into ark as well but i did private servers in those games. I don't understand why these devs insist on marrying survival with multiplayer/co-op/pvp. I mean i DO know why ultimately, they want to get a piece of the pie that gto and wow are having. But just like you mentioned about games feeling like a second job, that's all mmo's turn into with the season pass and predatory FOMO practices these studios partake in. Now it's an instant "nope" soon as i hear anything close to online, don't care how good the game looks. If said game offers a decent single player experience then I'll check it out.

@@Rooslahn oh man, there was this mobile game i was playing for a time called kingdom maker, which is actually pretty fun for what it is, but it had "mining" nodes in the map that are very limited. Some nodes in the higher tier map are higher tier materiel but still very limited. The lower tier mats would take sometimes around 40 minutes to collect and i remember the higher tier being anywhere from 3 to 6 hours. ON TOP OF THAT, you had to use one of your precious armies to collect the node and still be able to defend your base. But you also want a strong army harvesting because people are practically encouraged by the game to attack that army and collect i think it was half of what you mined. Sometimes the attacker would have a few armies camped near your mine and just send them all in and after you got kicked off the node they would just set their last army on it and finish off the node which would be gone until reset. If that wasn't enough, the "refining" process was really akin to the likes of a 1 armed bandit. Totally up to chance how much ingots you got out of the ore you collected and very low chances of getting mid to rare quality ingots at that. The whole thing was maddening and it was one of the reasons i stopped playing lol. And all the other stuff like "show up everyday to collect your daily rewards so you can collect your much bigger weekly reward" lol
