Please don't feed the wildlife. Especially on a channel/video with thousands of viewers. You all make great videos - just don't ruin it with LNT/rule/law breaking.
@cnuila3 жыл бұрын
Easy on the public shaming, lol!. That bird dive bombed from a tree and snatched a nut right out of my hand as I was about to eat it. We set up the camera to see if it would be so bold to come back and pick up the rest that it just KNOCKED OUT OF MY HAND. If we’re ever feeding the bears or bringing doggie treats for the wolves please speak up though.
@ChrisWColeman3 жыл бұрын
@@cnuila oh, come on Christof. You gave food to a bird, filmed it, and put it on youtube. Don't play the victim here. This encourages other people to feed birds. Your actions directly influence other adventurers. It's simple - just don't publish videos of you feeding wildlife. It's our responsibility as outdoorsmen to keep nature wild. The birds are aggressive because they get food from humans. Every interaction where the birds are rewarded they become more brave. We all know camp robbers / grey jays are bold - unfortunately they also decimate other bird populations. Please - don't feed the birds, if you accidently do - don't put your mistake online to encourage others.
@cnuila3 жыл бұрын
@@ChrisWColeman No victim here, just telling the story of what happened. I think we agree in principle, but our opinions on what constitutes a “mistake” and “feeding wildlife” are a bit apart. I hope you were still able to enjoy something about the video.

Maybe leave them up longer? (And in most cases I can either leave your video and go to the link, or nothing happens, but I can't do the smart thing with is, "Open in a new tab" Crater Lake looks amazing, I've got both my shots (old dude) so I should drive up - what am I waiting for? The Oregonian Highway Patrol didn't pull you guys and your Utah plates off the road so I might just get away with California plates. But driving a Tesla? Maybe that'd be pushing it.
