You are a very wise man for your age! I think of meditation as “decentration” and the waking consciousness concentration.

Thankyou so much, I have midterms and then finals in the next 4weeks, can meditation change the belief that exams make you nervous? So I can think in a better way during the exam without being nervous, and having better grades.

@@mememei-ny9xx meditation calms you down so I would say yes. While your in meditation you go within to find your real self and you start to ask questions about reality and it comes to find out that some of the things we worry about is completely useless. But again like I said in the video I am not a professional in life this is what works for me. Good luck on the exams!
