i am a amateur sumo wrestler i had tried this video before saw some benefit but was never consistent ... In june my coach told me you are really focus during competition but your mind is everywhere your mind is the problem you body will follow. He was right during one of my fight i hesitated and didn't throw the technique i lost... After this i started this meditation again for 1 month nearly every day i had another competition in aughust and felt way more focus deep breath in deep breath out before every fight maybe twice if needed slap my face and was ready ! This was my best performance in a tournament i competed for the brown medal the first fight was a no win no loose and i lost on the second one ! I still did 4th place because of this video ! Thank you a lot !

i'm using this before every single tournament. now I'm not necessarily playing better, but I am much more calm. i used to have huge anger when I played bad. With that technique it has gone away mostly. and I'm sure that will help me get better in the future. thx ✌️

I’ve just started playing darts in a league and was getting really worked up when playing and it was really affecting the way I was playing been using this for about 5 weeks and it’s really helped and I’m playing much better I try do do this video every day

This is the real deal, played two games of basketball, team won the first lost the 2nd, I went 1-4 in both games. Did this in between the other game and scored contributed 9 of my teams 11 points, 4-4 from from 2.

So I'm a swimmer from Germany and curenntly some of my teammates manged to swim at the DJM wich is the German Teen Championship and the best thing that can happen to you. So that is my goal for the next season, but I realised that, if I want to train harder, I need to work on my mindset first. So that is why I'm here. I know that medetaion helps with imrpoving your mental healt and confindce, so I am willing to do everything I am to do, just so I can be more realaxed before races, improve my mindset and fufill my goals and dreams

By focusing on your breath it helps break the cycle of thinking that can be harmful in performance and helps you return to a more helpful focus that may aid a good performance.
