If you can’t sleep, perhaps struggle with insomnia and are looking to fall asleep fast and stay asleep in a deep sleep, this sleep hypnosis / sleep guided meditation is designed for you.
By experiencing guided sleep hypnosis, you can easily allow yourself to quiet the mind from any overthinking that may be keeping you awake and then drift down into a calm, peaceful rest.

Cassi Gonzales i have night terrors and I totally understand- some of the voices trigger terrors which cause sleep paralysis making it even harder to wake up from.. I always have to make sure the guides won’t do that.. but it makes me wonder if I have files stored in my subconscious that trigger them... 🤔

😉 so my partner just asked me how hypnosis works, and how one learns to bring others into that state... my first thought was how many times as a mom I’ve helped get my babies to sleep by breathing softer, closing my eyes and opening them gently, and simply soothing them by rocking, nursing, and changing my voice...... (He definitely believes me now) Thanks for all you do to help me to choose rest and healthy balance in my life! You’re amazing!

I do not sleep well or through the entire night ...I came across this by accident ..actually havent ever heard of anything like it ...so i tried and I'm so glad i did ...i slept solid throught the entire night and for the first time ever felt rested ...now it's what i do every night to go to bed ...love this ...awesome job !

Lately I have had so much trouble falling asleep and also staying asleep. It's affecting my health and I really do not want to go to a doctor about this because all he will do is give me some drug to help me sleep and I probably would not even take the medication. I will listen to this each night and Pray that this meditation works. I need sleep

This put me to sleep in about 7 minutes! I have adhd & (especially if I'm not on my medication) it can take me a very long time to fall asleep. If I forget to take them, I might not fall asleep until the early hours of the morning. Recently I couldn't sleep for 24 hours, it was horrible. The fact that this allowed me to fall asleep in *7 minutes* is incredible... I mean I'm also on a high dose of my meds which helps, but It's mostly the guided meditation that puts me to sleep.

These videos are not only good for me but my cat loves them. She stretches out and gets very close to me and purrs us both to sleep. She is quiet till get up time. Without the video she is crazy wild.

I actually fell asleep without sleep aids. Twice in one night ...and no bad or Scarry dreams. I was able to be alert when I needed to be. Great. This was my first time. Thank you. I will definitely try this again!

Always been an insomniac... zopiclone works periodically... so I started listening 2 these + rain sounds at nite... but I still don't get in2 that st8 of mind until way 2 l8.... or early, always between 4:30 + 5:30..... 😣

Connection is vital for the heart & soul that seeks balance otherwise I cannot listen to it has I cannot enjoy the uniqueness of a meditation / relaxation so to speak . If it doesn't even resonates with my heart & soul I actually cannot relax . So when I literally stumbled across your channel & heard your soothing relaxing voice that was the moment I yelled " wahoooo " lol 🤣 & with being so over joyed I just had to let you know . I'm going to have a look on Amazon music store & hopefully find you there . I'm looking forward to finding more relaxation / guided meditation's especially for sleep has I struggle so much with sleep due to injuries from an accident however I'm still here & eternally great full for that ! I absolutely love this video! I’m usually asleep before the 5 minute mark but it successfully keeps me asleep! This is a huge problem I have because I otherwise wake up every 3 hours.

Started listening to this an hour ago and am now fully awake and not in the least bit tired. Can meditation have the opposite effect?

It can. It's why a lot of people choose to meditate during the day because it does increase energy. But, it works for countless people to fall asleep to as well. And keep in mind, there can be a lot of factors that go into play why someone might not be able to fall asleep at night that hypnosis mind night be the answer for it at that given moment. Or... It could be the program and the way your subconscious mind responded. Which could be any variety of reasons... So, my advice is to maybe experiment with different programs of mine. Michael Sealey has some great stuff. Just see what works, what you like, don't like, what works, what doesn't, etc :)

I really enjoy listening to the sleep meditation guides I look forward to getting in my bed at night now just so I can listen to these and relax awhile I’ve recommended this to several of my family members and friends I suffered a massive stroke over 2 years now it left my left side paralyzed I have a hard time getting in a comfortable position o I can relax and sleep this meditation guide helps me to relax better thank you I’ve listened to one that says heal your body while yew sleep I’m praying for a miracle and that it will help heal my body while I sleep I’ve not had a deep refreshing feeling sleep since the stroke I’m hoping this guide will help me sleep hard tonight so when I wake up I’ll know I slept good tonight thanks again I like hearing your voice guide me to relax ok enough ready to get back to listening now thanks again any helpful suggestions?

Hello, Evelyn! Thank you for the kind words and I wish you all the best with your recovery. As far as helpful suggestions, I always tell people to find what works for them relative to hypnosis. Always look around and experiment with different programs and hypnotists that seem to align with your own personal preferences and tastes. It's also a bit like working out, we can condition ourselves to become more receptive as well as go down deeper every time. I guess that's the biggest piece of advice I could offer anyone, keep doing it and your mind will quickly catch on and take you were you desire to be. I hope that helps. Since the Pandemic, I have alot of anxiety. Not only for me but my family as Im sure everyone does.With my health problems this makes things worst. Your programs have helped me sooo much! Last night My body was relaxed and in the trance. I had one of my muscle spasms and woke me up. Do you recommend a specific program of yours to go to get back to the same state of mind I was in quickly? Thank you so very much for these programs. Hi Peggy... I've been woken up out of a trance or hypnotic state a few times myself. I'm easily able to get right back into it. It's a learned skill, something that just develops with practice. Just stick with whatever programs work for you. I always tell people to look around and experiment :)

No. Listen at a volume that’s comfortable for you. In fact, I find a comfortable volume and then listen just slightly lower. Please always be cautious of your hearing.

Shiro, nothing can make us feel anything, everything we respond or react to is because of our programming: what's inside our subconscious mind. And that's how everything works, the good, the bad and the indifferent. So... If you feel anxiety because of this music, that's something relative to you and not the music. And that's not to say that's a bad thing, necessarily, it just means for whatever reason, this music doesn't work for you. That's OK because it's all relative. If what I do doesn't appeal to you, that's OK, I always encourage people to try different programs and different hypnotists. I also may have a program with some music that you do like more than this. Personally, I handpicked this music because I liked it so much and find it soothing. Keep experimenting and looking around :) The important thing is to find what does work for you and what makes you feel good :) I wish you much success and all the best! 🙏🏼

Hi Mario: Since hypnosis isn't a one-size-fits-all, what I would say is to look around, experiment with different programs and hypnotists. It can take some practice to find what does work for you. There are different styles and programs that don't work for me either. There are programs by one hypnosis that do work for me and others by the same person that don't. It's just experimenting and seeing what does and doesn't work. Wishing you much success!

Of course! It's not like you need to remain perfectly still. I tell people, there is no right or wrong. Only what works for you. I do self-hypnosis everyday and If my body deserves to be in a more comfortable position, I simply adjust. Under hypnosis, you remain aware of what's going on, it's not like you are just "checking out" and some other force is taking over. It's your mind and your body working together. So just allow for what works for you :)
