Hi great content! The only thing and quite important as least for me is that the microphone you are using is quite sensitive or you are too close to it, cuz I can hear you swallow/the noises your mouth does 😂 This does that I can't concetrate to listen unfortunately. I've tried a lot of meditation videos but never had such an issue. Thanks
