I like the change-up; I've used cod, but now will try shrimp! Also, I've made this four or five different ways...with zucchini or eggplant, parsley or cilantro, once I used fresh fennel chopped with vidalia onion. There are so MANY possibilities!

I made it, Joëlle! 👍♥️ Only the fish was without skin. I only added some of the tomatos mixture on the top of the fish before I put it in the oven to be baked together with the tomatos. Just because the fish had no skin! In this way, it did not dry and it was really juicy and succulent! THANK YOU! ❤️ From the family, too!!🥰

On peut la préparer avec du cabillaud ou de la lotte, mais surtout avec du mérou qui était prolifique à l'époque . Maintenant l'espèce est protégée.
