My daughter is a DVM, I asked her if anybody in the field was working to genetically engineer pups that live much longer. Doesn’t sound like it. What a benefit to them and mankind it would be. I cook for my little rascal almost every day. Hope it helps her live beyond the expected 10-15 yrs.

Looks delicious, will make. What did you do with the potato peels? Try this: Put them on a plate, sprinkle with olive oil and salt. Microwave on 60 to 80% for two minutes until crisp. Nice snack.

This is very different than how I’ve ever had it in restaurants in Northeastern New Jersey (where it originated). Sausage casings are left on, Chicken and potatoes are larger chunks, and I don’t believe they use honey or that much Italian seasoning blend. They usually throw in some hot cherry peppers, also. Overall similar results, but less ‘stew’ like. 👍🏽
