27:44 I'm not sure if he was trying to actually reference Steven King... There's that moral in a book I read where the guy brought his lover back to live, but her body was mangled and shredded.... Sometimes dead is best applies there. So maybe that guard was trying to warn S!3v3n that it would have been better for Miki to stay dead instead of him bringing her back because her body could have been shredded and mangled and I think THAT is why the Charizard at the end is distorted.

The descriptions of Stevens sprite (not the final one) reminded me of N from black and white. I have a vivid imagination so everything looked realistic but it still freaked me out a bit as I read the final description. It made the N sprite I had imagined really freaky!!!!

Incredible creepypasta, one of the diamonds in the large rough of PokePastas. One of my favorite PokePastas of all time is "Pokemon Fuchsia", by Cristopher Maxim, and narrated here by MrCreepyPasta. It's a wonderful story. I'm not sure if you've done that Dry-Bread.

Excellent story and review. In reading through the story, the only issue that really bugged me was the constant reassurance that 'this isn't a cliché'; definitely took me out of the story. Dude, psychological horror is scary if it's done well, and the "supernatural" happenings people write, like games affecting real life, can be terrifying if the story is told well. Look at Stephen King and some of his things. Your lack of suspension of disbelief is keeping you from seeing how creepy some of these stories are.

One huge problem I had with this story was the author sounding really offended at the beginning and defending himself or justifying what was just said - without or before even being attacked - and that he in return talks about and attacks other stories. Makes him sound like an entitled and easily offended little prick and was what essentially put me off the story before.

Miki died during the trade between Steven and Mike, the connection or rather. The link cable during the trade, snapped right when Miki the charizard...reached right in the middle during the trade. Presumably where her neck is, got literately strangled and died when the trade fail. Hope that helped ^^

I like the story but one flaw I even checked myself he said that doing the math there are 8765 hours in a year plus the 30 he logged in no I'm sorry that wasnt a problem at least it was close, I loved the story but there are 8760 hours in a year. Over all besides the typos, explaining what's going on outside the story and explaining the plot it was really good I would definitely recommend this story. I like most creepypastas that at least give me chills this didnt but I did like the story. I agree with that but I do admit some that are terrible are good til I hear someone explain why but still I find it some what ok if I'm bored I listen to them or listen to alot of them.

"Always Lavender Town"? Yes, it was used, but not in a way that overly deviates from it's original purpose. It was shown as just a regular town with a cemetery Steven had no business in that was there simply because geography. At the end, yes, Lavender town is used, but because that's where dead pokemon lay to rest. He simply revisited the grave of Miki. I myself (not saying this HAS to be your opinion too) think this is the most accurate representation of how Lavender town should be used.

I know it's not, but you were mentioning for this pasta that the use of tab to indent the paragraphs would help. I was just saying because of the way dA's literature submissions are set up that you can't use tab(unless it is submitted via their Sta.sh writer, which I don't think existed when the pasta was written) to indent, which I think is kinda dumb. I do however agree they could have used the enter key to space stuff. But I may check out the guides (I've never tried writing creepypasta).

Last summer like a month before school started up. Me and my grandma went to a grave sale and I saw a game boy color. The reason I got it because it came with the game Pokemon gold. But it also had a Pokemon yellow. I about flipped when I saw the game. So I got the battery's for the game. Btw the gamboy didn't have a back thingy that holds the batteries but the game boy worked fine. And when I played the pokemon yellow it was great. It's just I couldn't see the sprites.

Well...that was a quite odd creepypasta,if odd is the right word to describe it. I symphathise with Steven,but the occult,and occult-like things are stuff that no human should ever mess or fuck with,whether they have the balls,bravery,or "supposedly" superior intelligence. If a pokemon is dead,they are dead,yes it will be hard to deal with the death of a pokemon so beloved,but time does heal all wounds.And as time progresses,the death will be easier to cope with and move on from.

Yes she did. As "Mike" and "Steven" were trading so Mike could complete the Pokedex, Miki got stuck in the trade machine and died.

Actually "realize" is a valid spelling and in my opinion more correct, though "realise" is the most common spelling of it where I am. "Realize" more properly displays how the word is to be said. Which is "ree-uhl-eyes" not "ree-uhl-eese".
