RECIPE
[INGREDIENTS]
4tbsp Cooking oil (Minyak masak) 食用油
2cloves Garlic (Bawang putih) 大蒜
3nos Bird eye chili (Cili padi) 小辣椒
1/2nos Shallots (Bawang merah) 青葱
1 nos Red chili (Cili merah) 红辣椒
1/2tsp Curry powder (Serbuk Kari) 咖喱粉
2tbsp Chili paste (Cili kisar) 辣椒酱
2tbsp Vegetarian oyster sauce (Sos tiram vegetarian) 素食蚝油
2tbsp Chili sauce (Sos Cili) 辣椒酱
2tbsp Tomato sauce (Sos Tomato) 番茄酱
2tbsp light soy sauce (Kicap masin) 酱油
1tbsp Dark soy sauce (Kicap pekat) 黑酱油
1/2nos Tomato (Tomato) 番茄
1/2nos Boiled potato (Kentang rebus) 煮过的土豆
2pcs Crumbled fried tofu (Tauhu goreng dihancurkan) 碎豆腐
5pcs Fried tofu skin (Taupok) 豆腐泡
1/2cup Water (Air) 水
Salt as needed (Garam secukup rasa) 所需的盐
450g Yellow Noodle (Mee kuning) 黄面
1stalk Mustard leaves (Sayur sawi) 芥末菜
Coriander leaves (Daun ketumbar) 香菜叶
4slice Cucumber (Timun) 黄瓜
2slice Lime (Limau) 青柠
[METHOD]
1. Saute garlic, chilies, shallots, chili paste and curry power. [Tumis Bawang putih, Bawang merah, Cili, Cili kisar dan Serbuk Kari]
2. Add vegetarian oyster sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and stir well well. [Masukkan Sos tiram, Cili Sos, tomato Sos, Kicap masin, Kicap pekat dan kacau sebati]
3. Add in tomatoes,boiled potatoes, fried tofu scrambles, and taupok and stir well. Then add some water, adjust seasoning and let it simmer for few minutes. [Masukkan tomato, kentang yg dah rebus, taupok, garam dan secawan air, biar mendidih sebentar]
4. Add the noodles and stir well. Finally add in mustard leaves and one final stir before serving. [masukkan mee dan goreng, masukkan sayur sawi sebelum tutup api dan goreng sekejap]
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and ready to serve. [Tabur daun ketumbar dan sedua dihidang]

[INGREDIENTS]
(Cucur Kucai/ Fritter)
1cup Flour (Tepung gandum) 面粉
1handful Kuchai leaves (Kuchai)
2nos Shallots (Bawang merah) 青葱
1/2tsp Salt (Garam) 盐
1/2tsp Sugar (Gula) 糖
1tsp Vegetarian dried shrimp (Udang kering sayuran) 素食虾仁
1/3tsp Turmeric powder (Serbuk Kunyit) 姜黄粉
1/2tsp Yeast (yis) 酵母
Water as needed (Air secukupnya) 水
*mix all the ingredients with necessary amount of water and let it rest for 20min and deep fried them. [Campur semua Bahan2 di atas dengan air yg secukupnya dan biar 20min sebelum goreng]
(Paste Mee Goreng Mamak)
2tbsp Sambal paste (Pes Sambal) 辣椒酱
1/2tsp Curry powder (Serbuk Kari) 咖喱粉
2tbsp Vegetarian oyster sauce (Sos tiram vegetarian) 素食蚝油
2tbsp Chili sauce (Sos Cili) 辣椒酱
2tbsp Tomato sauce (Sos Tomato) 番茄酱
2tbsp light soy sauce (Kicap masin) 酱油
1tbsp Dark soy sauce (Kicap pekat) 黑酱油
2tbsp Grountnuts (Kacang Tanah) 花生 - toast and blend
1tbsp Dhall (Kacang dhal) 印度黄豆 - toast and blend
(Mee Goreng Mamak)
4tbsp Cooking oil (Minyak masak) 食用油
2cloves Garlic (Bawang putih) 大蒜
3nos Bird eye chili (Cili padi) 小辣椒
2 Shallots (Bawang merah) 青葱
1 nos Green chili (Cili hijau) 青辣椒
1nos Tomato (Tomato) 番茄
1nos Boiled potato (Kentang rebus) 煮过的土豆
2pcs Tofu (Tauhu) 豆腐
*1 Fried, 1 Crumble
5pcs Fried tofu skin (Taupok) 豆腐泡
1/2cup Water (Air) 水
400 Yellow Noodle (Mee kuning) 黄面
1stalk Mustard leaves (Sayur sawi) 芥末菜
1handful beansprouts (Taugeh)
(Garnishing)
Coriander leaves (Daun ketumbar) 香菜叶
4slice Cucumber (Timun) 黄瓜
4slice Tomato (Tomato) 番茄
2tbsp Fried Shallots(Bawang goreng) 炸青葱
2slice Calamansi (Limau kasturi ) 青柠
[METHOD]
1. Saute garlic, chilies, shallots, mee goreng mamak paste . [Tumis Bawang putih, Bawang merah, pes mee goreng mamak]
2. Add in tomatoes,boiled potatoes, fried tofu , scrambles tofu, and taupok and stir well. Then add some water, adjust seasoning and let it simmer for few minutes. [Masukkan tomato, kentang yg dah rebus, taupok, tauhu, garam jika perlu dan secawan air, biar mendidih sebentar]

5. Garnish with coriander leaves, red chilies, fried Shallots, calamansi, slice tomato and cucumber and ready to serve. [Tabur daun ketumbar, Cili merah, Bawang goreng, limau kasturi, timun dan tomato dan sedia dihidang]
