MEEN POLLICHATHU | KERALA Special Fish Fry in Banana Leaf | Silver Pomfret Fish Fry Karimeen Recipe

Fish Fry in banana leaf is a unique cooking method and it is very famous in some places especially in Kerala. Today we make kerala special meen pollichathu recipe with silver pomfret fish instead of karimeen.
We use traditionally made gingelly oil and some traditional and natural ingredients.
