Guillaume Gomez is France's first-ever ambassador for gastronomy and food. He worked as a chef for four different French presidents and was the youngest person to receive France’s ‘Best Artisan’ award for his culinary skills, at the age of 25. This year France is celebrating the centenary of these prestigious prizes that highlight the incredible talent of the country's trade and craftspeople. RFI's Chi Phuong Nguyen met Gomez to find out more about his new role.
