Meet Nema, a #MOJO (Mobile Journalist) & refugee based in #ImvepiRefugeeSettlement. MOJO’s are children trained by #WorldVision to tell their stories. This is Nema’s first report on the issues #Refugee learners are facing.
As schools prepare to reopen from the holidays, we can not emphasize enough, the paramount importance of education in emergency situations, particularly in refugee settlements. In times of crisis, education becomes more than just a means to gain knowledge; it becomes a lifeline, providing hope, stability, and opportunities for a brighter future. In these challenging circumstances, it is our duty to support and uplift refugee learners, ensuring they have access to quality education that can empower them to rebuild their lives and contribute to their communities.
