I slice and put limes and lemons in my water. Mint leaves (pudina) and ginger isn't bad either. Slice them and put them in your glass along with ice and keep pouring in water through the day while you suffer the Mumbai heat. It really elevates my day. It's very low cost and good for your health. Sooo good!

Some people act so fucking know it all and holier than thou I can only imagine the kind of frustration you people must feel sometimes when putting out new content. I love how Film Companion is bringing about a totality around filmmaking. The look contributes as much to the film as the dialogues. It's a visual medium. And looks will only work if the internal body structure is in top form, which is why ACTORS are so concerned about these. It was lovely getting an inside look into how carefully thought out everything is. These are big budget actors, they HAVE TO pay attention to every single thing, and food is probably the top most priority. Great job, Sneha! Got to learn a lot.
