Alright, an Egyptian here, so here is a bit of context for some of his behavior: The snort thing he does is a common sound made by Egyptians in order to show aggression, something akin to saying "What the F*** did you just say?" It's a taboo-ish sound, usually used by wanna-be gangsters or someone who, for one reason or another, thinks that this is going to make someone step back. As for his behavior regarding DK and Ness, he is either "mentally slow" or "a dedicated troll" The way he carries himself when faced with people being critical is very edgy for most Egyptians his age. This makes me go more for the troll/edgy kid vibe, as he says "this isn't Minecraft!", "I have more than one hole" and "Nein, Nein, Nein" these are major signs of him being a troll. He's just spouting memes. When he growls and throws a fit when confronted, it's a bit. It's clear that he is enjoying the arguments, the fights and he's being as obnoxious as he can. I'm glad we finally have a lolcow from Egypt tbh :) Going to the cops with stuff like this isn't going to do much tbh, internet monitoring is a thing, but the kind of stuff he's being reported for wouldn't hold against him unless it became a huge, public thing (probably involving his family, friends, people around him) when it's a public things, the cops could be involved. However, I don't think he'll get in much trouble. He is a sick individual and needs to be busted or outed for what he did, hopefully it happens soon. Sorry for the long comment, just saw a lot of confusion about the sounds he makes and his overall behavior :D
