How difficult would it be o make the collar stand and collar not so deep. Im petite with a very thin neck, so I would love to modify it for my frame, cos it looks great.

You could definitely do that, the collar and stand pattern pieces are quite oversized so there's some wiggle room, you just want to make sure you don't alter the edges that need to be attached to another piece (bottom edge of the collar, top and bottom edges of the stand). You can redraw the sides and top of the collar piece to make it smaller as long as you keep the bottom edge the same, and remove a bit of height on the collar stand piece, but make sure the top and bottom edges once sewn still match the neckline and the bottom edge of the collar 🙂

Love it just about to make. I have some scuba fabric god knows where from and I’m wondering if I could use this?

We reckon it could work in scuba. If you find yourself struggling with the placket because the fabric is too thick, you could make that section in a complementing/contrasting thinner cotton jersey to make your life easier!
