As a Thais, I'm glad to see foreigners love thai food and learn seriously to cook it in authentic way because these day thai food grain popularity and there are many fake dish using Thai food name to sell well or shamelessly claim it as their own. In Thailand we also have some one who learn the way of fish and chips plz try it at "Fish monger" in Bangkok as a food culture exchanging between Thailand and England ❤. And why don't you guy try making Kapraw , green curry or panang sandwich 🥪

I am from the UK and have lived in Thailand for 14 years and I have eaten Thai food in the UK, the 2 don't compare. I'm not being critical it's my personal observation, for example I have never seen the dishes he served to the reporter, not saying I wouldn't like to try them!! and at least his ingredients are authentic. Another personal observation :-) a lot of Thais don't like to much chili!!

as Thai. The dishes he served to the reporter basically a ยำแคบหมู(spicy salad with pick cracking) , sweet corn cake often found in Vegetarian festival in Thailand, ไอติมทอด, Tongue curry is not usual but you can find it here if you try hard enough. I can say it's look really Thai for me.
