I always hear how intimidating Phil Ivey is and how everyone is scared of him. I don't see that at all. He seems like a quiet calm non-threatening dude.

He didn't cost Phil any money. The money is made or lost through the betting. To say he lost him the money would be like saying the dealer cost you money in poker. But of course everyone knows that...

Not many people know he was actually theoretically winning on these trips with the deals he had in place with these casinos to get x% back in losses, his short sessions would be positive expected value.

Thank God I love poker but don't love the gambling rush. Always gambled for money not the rush.
