Whenever talk of Ipswich Town comes about, I'm old enough to always immediately think of the Bobby Robson years. So for me Ipswich is a top tier team - where have you been all these years? Talking with relatively recent experience, I think you'll find that the first year back in the Prem will be the hardest, so finishing 17th by a whisker should be seen as success this season. Anything more will be a bonus. Oh, and I hope that your assorted owners are generous and have deep pockets!

Villa fan in peace. I hope you lot can stay up. It’s such a success story. I am hoping for 3 points if I’m honest, we should be beating a newly promoted team but I believe it will be a very hard game All the best for the season.

Aston Villa fan - Ipswich were my Grandads team on my Moms side. I have a massive soft spot for Ipsiwch and hope you can stay up this season. You have a great manager so fingers crossed.

Ipswich this year reminds me of Luton last year, sort of a rags to riches story, meteoric rise. I really hope that Ipswich breaks that mold of hitting high tide and quickly ebbing. just, after the Villa game. it's needed for the overall health of the English game, I think. UTV

Villa fan here buddy, I really enjoyed the content and the professionalism of the pod. Rich is a great guest to have, he's a knowledgeable and passionate Villa fan and I urge your followers to check his podcast out, they're highly entertaining. I have to agree with Rich about the outcome on Sunday. I think we'll have too much quality over the 90 mins. Watkins has now started scoring after a 4 match barren run so I expect him to grab a couple but I do think we'll concede, we just can't buy a clean sheet at the moment. My prediction 3-1 Villa. Good luck for the rest of the season I really hope you guys stay up so we can revive our rivalry like back in the good old days.

Villa fan here. Haven't seen much of Town but do like the look of Delap... You will score, we can't keep a clean sheet so it's really whether Villa can score 2 or more as to where the points end up. My prediction is 2-1 Villa, close to the end. Like that game when we lost the services of Luc Nilis back in 2000 to that awful injury.

Im a Villa fan that found this video by chance. I actually think Ipswich can finish above 13-14th. Good luck to you guys. Villa I think is heating up and I think its hard to contain Villa to less than 2 goals, but we are weak the first 20 minutes sometimes first half so if you build a lead Ipswich can win. UTV

What an honest Respectful channel. if i may... can i concur on Rich's comments. don't go mad or panic come January the 31st. i agree with Richard... stay calm & just focus on beating those around you! Not in a patronizing way but ....ignore the likes of mid table or above. meaning results... including Villa. the Southampton's, Leicester, West ham, Palace... & wolves & Everton. are the focused games in survival. finishing 17th is the key or mission this season. Don't do a Leeds... Don't do a Burnley... keep calm. after all if you finish 17th... you already have more money than the newcomers next season, and more likely to remain here furthermore. Oldboys... Villa fan, going to be a test for us, we lost against Forrest last season, and struggled against Sheffield United, we play much better against the more high line attacking teams. Teams set up with no space in behind we have struggled to break down. Interesting game

Villa should have capitalised on going 2 - 1 up but yet again poor defending cost us..dont know how your capt stayed on the field Ref bottled that..2 points lost as a Villain...
