thanks for your response! The mat in this video is not magnetic. but we have one in our collection; item 2137-078 It is an All-in-One Magnetic Platform and cutting mat.

I tried to switch my blades, but now the blade is retreating into the positioner whenever I put it on paper and I can not cut any more. I did not forget the spring and followed your steps carefully.
