They should’ve teased Toph in an end credit scene in the last episode of the first Avatar Netflix season, but didn’t happen. They also didn’t play the agni kai theme once, and the whole Aang learning firebending from Jong Jong was completely removed, it’s one of the most important episodes, and they were very early on some stuff, like the cave of two lovers, omashu being captured, and even the fog of lost souls, which is korra, but I didn’t mind the Azula scenes, they added to her perfect character in the beginning of the animated show, even if it took a lot away from Zhao’s character, who I didn’t really care for.

It was Toph and her performance that got me into the show. I remember ignoring it for a long time and then walking in on my sister watching the first episode with Toph.
