These little babies are just so cute, but it's really very sad that they lost their moms and had gone through all that drama when it happened! BUT, Thanks to Everyone at the VMF, and All the friends on social media, and All of the volunteers, and All who donate money or make purchases, All this is in support of those beautiful little orphaned babies! They will now get a second chance at life , and with a new mom that will be (with time) as Loving as the first! 🙏 💗

@@ClownWhisper if you actually took the time to look into what these guys actually do then you would know they DO know what they are doing. They are put with foster monkey moms and then released into the troops in the foundation. They have helped 600+ monkeys/orphans, so I think they do know, unlike someone who wades in with no knowledge of what they actually do. Would you rather they took them without check ups to see that they aren't injured and put them into a troop they don't know and who doesn't know them, and possibly put them in total danger of being rejected again, or worse still killed?

🇨🇦 thank you so much for making these videos and sharing them with us! I could, and have, watched these little sweethearts for hours! The process these babies go through from the moment they get dropped off from Dave's truck is amazing. I just love watching them through the process until they meet their new moms until the day the mom's take them out into the troops! It's just so heart warming to see. I love you guys! All of you's! Thanks again and I look forward to the next video!

While you have been overwhelmed by many babies and few volunteers, I''m very happy you have volunteers arriving now, especially with two new babies rather late in the season. Busy, busy times for you. One concern - once a commodity has gone up in price for any reason, it never seems to go back down to the original price structure even when the reason for the increase is gone. I hope this will not be so for all the fruits and vegetables the monkeys require in their daily diet.

I'm so happy these monkeys are far away from all of the Asian KZbin monkey abusers. I wish they had someone to resuce them from the human hands that cause them so much pain and torment. God bless you all for helping instead of harming these precious babies.

What a world of difference between how Dave(?)(can’t remember the gentleman’s name who ‘owns’ the foundation-nor the woman’s name. An exceptional human he is - they both are ) , but what a huge difference in the way he is with the little guys and that dude who handed over the new orphan in this video . Grabbed at him/her so aggressively and held it one-handed , out away and upside-down on its back . It’s clear he doesn’t consider how traumatized and scared they are ) . My shoulders up under my ears until it was in Dave’s care and on its way to the foundation .

Lol sometimes I wonder if these monkey's are thinking like in this case, like" woah my hands were empty two seconds ago I run across the cage and * poof* baby in my arms to heck with this birthing stuff!" Lol so damn cute gosh I love this channel and everyone and animals in it!! And of course superman Dave! I am so happy you have the extra help, I would give anything to afford to come and help hands on! But as that can't happen I have been doing what I can otherwise. Oh question when floki is set with his home will you make a video of the process? Would love to see his full story, the trials and tribulations in the life of Floki the baby vervet mascot! Xo

Sketchy? Most are cruel. The first baby monkey videos I saw was about a, Cambodian I think, he was taking a baby to the vet. I thought it was very responsible of him. But he was dressing his babies in clothing and diapers. He had several babies of different ages. After about 2 weeks of watching him, he took one of his oldest babies to a place in a town and released the baby with absolutely NO training on how to take care of itself, how to forage, how to relate to other monkeys who tried attacking it. He rode into town on a motorbike and had to shoo the baby away from him. The man was the only person it knew, he wanted to go with his "daddy". And "daddy dearest" pushed him away and rode off leaving a very confused, ill prepared, probably a 4 month old baby, to fend for himself. That was about the last time I watched that channel. Then I found VMF. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for caring, loving, and taking such good care of these special babies. You give them the love, the nurturing, the skills needed to make it in a Troup. You are angels for them. And I'm starting to cry at all you do for them. They are tears of happiness and awe for what you do. God bless Dave, Kyle and all of your past, present and future volunteers. I have loved every one of the babies you have helped to have a very "Vervet Monkey " life.

I don't know personally but I have seen in some videos that the babies will still suckle the adopted mom for comfort, unless the baby is lucky enough to get a mom that's milking at the time. But they are a non breeding sanctuary it not very likely, but I believe they said there are some moms that have had their babies naturally but I'm not sure as to what circumstance they do that.

Well, they have managed for over 30 years, so....😊 The goal is,to quickly get the babies set up with a foster mother. So it would be rather silly to get them too used to humans.

They have a professional chef. I’m not vegan either, but my sister is a vegan chef. The food is phenomenal! I never miss the animal products...ever! With a good chef it’s very enjoyable.

@@tamarakennedy4976 - I heard Dave speak to the Chef part. I don’t remember him giving an explanation. Perhaps the live there and it’s their service. I’ve volunteered at a Chimpanzee Sanctuary where we weren’t allowed around them. It was so much work...And so satisfying!
