thank you I will continue to come back to this meditation I never thought for once of my protector now i know after all these years I did & do have one . I now know that is how I survived certain situations other wise I would be dead. Thank you Naomi Goodlet for this meditation Have a lovely day as I know I wlil today for I will be looking at things differently & be more gentle to myself
