Pinatubo Trail, Capas, Tarlac (Scenery wise for 4x4 offroad) - Thousand Islands, Pangasinan (Best island hopping and fun activities) - Baguio City (The coldest spot in the Philippines) *recommended - Calle Crisologo, Ilocos (Historical and picturesque hispanic buildings) - Banaue, Ifugao (famous for large rice terraces, and natural tattoo drawing)

Time period you are not burning your ass off is monsoon... So rain, wind, floods... Or uhm go to Baguio, it's more in the north, situated in the mountains. Weather there usually ranges from 10°C (night) to 25°C or 50°F(night) to 77°F. You can enjoy the mountain view and the strawberries there.
