Even if they did recognize it, time paradoxes and such stop them from saying or doing something. One of the sub plots in PQ was Margret almost saying something to Elizabeth, but managed to stop herself each time to prevent damage to the timeline and I assume a similar thing is in effect here. Or to be more simple, so people playing Q2 and didn't play 5/finish 5 don't get spoiled, this game DOES market the fact it is a multi game crossover and takes place before all the events of 5 finish, which is why the Q games try to hide spoilers while the P4 Arena games and Scramble/Strikers have even less...secretive of spoilers.
