I just got this set and this is THE best ghost I’ve ever had I have a few banished ghosts from Halo Infinite and a now disassembled ghost from like 2013 but in turns of figures great army builder and in terms of vehicle awesome work and as you’ve said in the Hove Exterminaters set “Mega is serious when they said EVERYTHING is on the table.” Or something like that but awsome set and talked a little about it on The Domain’s live stream so I figured it was a good time to build it and enjoyed “talking” with him in chat!

Glad to see you finally got the set! It is great overall but now I’m hyped that Amazon is finally getting prices down. Like the 20th anniversary thing, 53$ and the new scorpion tank only 90$. Do we have any idea though when hive exterminators is coming out though and red teams warthog? I wanna get them first

I picked up some of the new Halo Infinite blind bags earlier today and they all came preassembled (Except for the Sentinel build) all the figures came preassembled from the factory. I picked up the same new wave, 2 weeks ago from a different store and none of them came preassembled. Weird

Been a mega supporter since the halo mega figure came out😎 love everything they are doing! Just sucks because economy is busted which makes getting these harder and are a bit more pricey in more rural areas. If you live in a bigger city area it’s no problem really lol but I think some king mega should do (talking through experience) is have a place to buy singular parts or have a place to get replacements because I have an issue with my new honor guards having their hands break and I can’t get a replacement. Unless anyone knows a way to idk and it also seems difficult to get in touch with mega for help on these. But the ghost is utterly perfect! Absolutely buying it! Not the biggest fan of halo 4 style stuff but all is amazing and I’m so excited to get this set!

The only complain i have with this set is that the elites helmet hasnt got any silver painting apart from the blue colour, because all previous versions of the figure used to have this and i dont know why this one doesnt, otherwise great set and great review!

When I got this set, I had a problem with geks helmet not going into the peg hole without me really pushing hard on it as well as the helmet not sitting flush and having quite the gap, making it kinda look weird. Also, geks hands were REALLY tight and getting his energy sword in his hands was a struggle. Nonetheless, great set and I really do love the figures.

Ghost is in Targets various places already. Falcon is in stores in Mexico but so far nobody has found it in stores here in the US

Thanks for the review , I am looking forward to mine arriving even more now , the marines look great , we just need some more heads with hair on now , calling Gek Gek seems a little pointless but as you say it will be a good army builder . Old style box art for me was better , why do companies waste so much money on rebrands ? All they needed to do was remove 'construx' from under the 'Mega' keeping the orange logo the same . Buy hey , it is just a box and lucky enough I am not a NIB collector .

Well, if you think about it, the new box art will cost them less since they don't have to create unique landscape backgrounds for each set

@@DemarcationMedia Yes , I was just thinking about the building and office signage cost etc too change , but I suppose with modern printers they do not have headed notepaper etc that is obsolete and they could offset cost against any company taxes due , I just like orange as a colour and feel they could have kept the logo as was and just deleted the construx , but I am a simple chap adverse to change :) and at the end of the day its the kits they produce that matter and not the packaging and I am not a NIB collector .

Amazing review! The ghost looks perfect I can't wait to army build it. The figures also look great but I'm not sure why the grunt doesn't have eye printing or why gek was in this set since he looks like a normal elite. But overall the set is definitely worth it and a step in the right direction. Also that fully shaven marine caught me off guard 😂

To be honest, this set is more halo 5 than it is halo 4...

@@DemarcationMedia the rocket launcher, battle rifle and the grunt. Halo 4 uses the rocket launcher model from reach. The halo 4 battle rifle has a very blocky scope. If you were to look closely, you can see the face of the grunt is the H5 face.(H4 is more watch able than H5)

​@adecepticonprotoform699 The only things in this set that are specifically 5 are the weapons. The grunt is using the Halo 5 mold, yes, but it is colored to match the Halo 4 grunts with the lighter skin tone. The ghost, marines, and elite are all very specifically based on Halo 4.

this whole set just gets worse and worse the more I look at it. at first I thought the covies were cool, but seeing them closer now, the unpainted grunt is just lazy cheaping out, the elite is missing those silver paint apps that all the other storm elites have, 100% would have traded the barley visible yellow lights for the silver bits, Marines oh god those Marines proved my argument that removable helmets were unnecessary and bad, I have a heavy dislike towards that style and this marine is just bad. I actually quite like the 343 Marines at least the original ones. these removable helmets are by definition don't fix what's not broken, there was nothing wrong with the old ones yet mega decided to make them uglier. same with the halo 3 marines I loved how the old style halo 3 marines looked but mega decided to ruin those too. the ghost is the only redeeming value of this set. this set made me stop collecting 4 of each vehicle plus 4 figure packs, hoping K11 or another Chinese eBay seller gets bulk old Marines, but for now K11 will be my way to get storm covies not this . new boxes don't work for me but not really a big deal since I don't keep but they are very unappealing to mez but that's 343s fault since they decided to redo the style guide and make things look worse, great review but extremely mediocre set maybe even bad
