The movement was perfect, SNES had the best processing speed and it's sad how game developers failed to follow this example after the 90's. That's why these games will always have an advantage over them.

It's bizarre how few mistakes can define whether you're going to break the world record or not, like many times you'd just jump wrong or dash in the air in the wrong place and that would waste less than 0.5 seconds and even so it added up to a hell of a lot of time, besides knowing that those times you make a silly mistake, you also have perfect movement, so this is weird as hell and this game is the best way to have perfect movement, I think that might be what I love most about any game. movement defines the amount of time someone spent playing such a game, and this also demonstrates how motivated someone can be in playing a game, this type of art only exists once in the history of humanity and I will continue thinking about how games They are one of the most brilliant and unique arts that has ever existed and will continue to exist

I could only play from Rock Man X to X8 and Rock Man X2 (the original name of Mega Man), while I love all of them and I've enjoyed them, Rock Man X2 stayed with me, the music, particularly this one from Wheel Alligates stage 3:57 the characters and their designs, the boss intro 7:52 and combat music along with the fighting poses, the weapons, everything memorable.

Thanks! I used a different capture in this video compared to now but either still work. I used an OSSC + SCART cable (during this) but currently I'm on a RetroTink 5x + SCART cable

It’s only faster in TAS due to all the extra RNG it adds in the run. I don’t remember the specifics but no shoryuken saves at most 15 seconds?

How do you do to change between weapons so quick? Sometimes looks like you change the chain weapon so fast that means you pass trhought the others weapons to the normal attack

If you press down both of the swap buttons at the same time, it cancels the back back to buster (provided no special weapon ammo is on screen).

if you're talking about the ladders there is basically a precise spot where you can kick off of it like it is a part of the wall. It's called gap jumping because to get it you have to jump into a precise area inbetween the ladder and high enough

Básicamente no recolecto todas las partes de zero para que sea 100%, la ruta de any% consigue el shoryūken para lo que necesitas recolectar todos los tanques de vida, mejoras y por lo menos un Subtank, ya que esto hace la última parte del juego significativamente mas rápida.

Just to confirm that you chose the incorrect boss Wire Sponge isn't the first he is the last one. Also one more thing you are cheating because a single buster shot doesn't take two lives only one instead. So is very easy to beat a game when using cheats if you played on snes i am pretty sure would be impossible for you to do that.

wire sponge is the first boss in every speedrun. when you dash it does 2 damage instead of 1. dont call people cheaters when you dont know how the game works.
