In saying that, I'm a strong believer that what we put out into the universe, the universe gives back. I just watched some of your rant video. I find it ironic when glass tank keepers call out rack keepers, they act like the glass is for the snake, when its strictly for display. The snake definitely hates it. I think most of us know where the snake would choose to spend its time if you connected a branchy "enriching" glass tank to a tub.

In your scenario, the tub would be a roomier hide, instead of the normal hides that are in tanks, so small log or roomie tub, no shit the snake will go in the tub, snakes only stress about their reflection, which is an easy fix.

He's right. Snakes all have their own likes and dislikes. You should ALWAYS listen to the snake, it will tell you what it needs. My snakes love their big, enriched enclosures and outside time, but that doesn't mean another snake will feel the same. Wish people would understand that keeping snakes isn't an exact science. They are living, breathing, beings that are all different. If this guy was abusing/neglecting his snakes, you'd know it. Breeding snakes is different than keeping snakes. If I had 250 snakes, there would be no way in hell I could afford to have them all in big, enriched enclosures. Not to mention the room I'd need to try to fit all the big enclosures in. And let's not forget about how much enrichment for each snake would cost. And how time consuming deep cleaning all the enclosures + enrichment would be. Put yourself in his shoes before grabbing your pitch forks and torches, nothing in life is black and white.

As entertaining as the rant was, I hope it got out of your system. It’s good to get it out but don’t fester on them. It’s hard when they keep coming in but just mentally sort them into the bin section as it’s just trash. I’ve found that there’s some people who aren’t happy unless they’re picking on others, there’s people who do not want to learn new things and harp on only on what they want to know even if it is wrong or inaccurate, and unfortunately sometimes people who don’t know better may say something with good intentions but haven’t done their own research first. They are not worth your time, laugh it off, they’re clowns. Lol “Americans” when are people going to realise that’s like saying Europeans or Africans or Asians? Lol North American countries have North Americans, South America has South Americans. And United Staters come from the US. Lol wondering how many will be triggered when it’s really confusing to people when the Continents are called North/South America and yet only one country is classified as being from those continents. Best way to end my day!!! I feel my not pressure rise with you bro 🤣! Just today I had to defend a guy in a FB group for cutting his eggs! They were calling dude out so hard calling him impatient and greedy!! They didn't bother to ask why either and guess what? He waited till day 60 and felt he needed to and I commended him for it and said the haters were blasting him for what a bunch of people are loved for on KZbin!! Didn't say you, but I think they knew. Then I get a notification that Gavin was cutting another clutch and had to screen shot it and post it 😂🤣😂🤣 I'm glad you put them on blast like that dude!!!
