Yo oli next time you’re in Missouri out this average dude that loves to bass fish on that bad ass boat with ya. Don’t care where I’ll come regardless of what is going on in life kids sports nope wife duties/wants/expectations, anything important really will be canceled and I’ll be at that lake waiting for you to get there. And I know my stuff. Actually know how to fish just want on the dream machine and just catch one decent one on that bad a$$ front deck with the man himself. Promise I’m not crazy or gonna do some sketchy shit. Lol now that makes it sound bad but opposite intention was intended. So yeah hit me up if you pass through and decide to fish in Missouri or even surrounding state within 100 miles of mo border. lol sound like a crazy girl that number gets deleted haha crap just wanna fish bro. Anyways tight lines and you should go on a simply giant search. 15+ I believe you got that in you again. Right? Hell ol bigs 17.4 could be beat. Damn now I wanna see you do that. Watch you prepare and see wh at things that need to be done to just go that route and commit fully. I can’t find it yet. I’m in mo so 10 would be amazing for real. Always said the only time I mount (which would be a replica) would be something over 10. Well that’s not that easy for me and my fishing options but I got one place I believe a giant could come from but it’s a very tricky fishery. I’d guarantee even you couldn’t figure it out completely cause it’s worst case scenario except in the dead of winter and they are glued to the bottom cause that’s the only time you for sure know where they’re located. If I can’t visibility see them on my electronics then they are in weeds that will take your lures if using less than 20lb flouro. Anything less and it could be gone cause it’s that thick. And in between 10 and 16 ft of water. Like flipping in that thick crap is a nightmare with 65lb braid. Dude I know they’re there cause I’ve caught/seen some bigs but they’re picky/stingy/assholes that just elude me cause of the style of fishing it takes idk what it is or if there is one lol don’t see videos with tricky ass steep banks with mutant ass vegetation that needs to be eradicated for us fisherman. One place I fished 95%of last year and made like 3% increase in overall success. Which is embarrassing but sadly true. At this rate I’m looking 2045ish when/if this lake is figured out. And that might not happen cause right now I’m taking every single rod. Cause I might just throw anything cause I’m clueless lol only place I’ve ever had this happen on and it really messes with an ocds head when I’m have no clue what to throw literally Iny Meany my Nemo lol or whatever it is....but that’s where I’m at. Literally close my eyes and grab one of 16 rods with the only thing the same is jerk baits but in different colors/depths total of 4 jb set ups so there’s no way I don’t have one tied on that could catch fish. But water been too dirty for that. For 21/2 3 months now. 2 feet visibility was prolly the best. So that just sucks and no matter how hard you try you can’t make even your favorite bait work. Could be 8 swim bait or a rig or finesse jig or jerk bait or mfing frog in feb lol hell could always just boost my ego by walking a frog cause that’s on point. No chance of getting bit but to help self esteem just brag to self on frog walking skills. Then try something more season appropriate bait that actually has a chance of being bit lol
