It does sound like a Bond song and the name of a bond movie. It was actually written for a Tomb Raider game but the deal fell through so they released it on an album.

I still think this song was written for a James Bond movie. Megadeth is known for doing songs for motion picture soundtracks before. And this song, with that bondish intro and the lyrics are relevant to the movie Skyfall. But movies in their early drawing board stage, changes. While this song was already completed. And so they release it as Die Dead Enough.

Good video but just wanna point out, this line up is incorrect. Mustaine did the rhythm guitars, Chris Poland recorded the leads, Jimmie Sloas was on bass, and Vinnie Colaiuta drummed.
