This show actually does have some cool action, though. I was so nuts about this show when I was a kid because I ate up absolutely everything "Mega Man." Yeah the thing with Proto Man was pretty sad, with how he was made by Dr. Wily here but was also somehow Mega Man's "brother". I really am having a nostalgia moment here, though. ;_; This show was still bread and butter kid stuff fun. :)

Yeah I downloaded this entire series not too long ago, because I remember seeing it as a child. Always loved Megaman, in every shape and form that ive seen/watched. This is a really great series, Id recommend it if you're an original Megaman fan! :D

My guess is that Protoman was an antagonist in the cartoon series for the sake of Mega Man having a rival. Him being good in season 3 would make sense if Mega Man 7 came out before then.

It's always hard to believe this was drawn and animated by the same anime studio that did the OVA series. I wonder how they felt having to Americanize the art and animating the mouth flaps to the English voices XD I love both of them so much though hahaha

It good be darn good if the company which created these TV series decide to create a movie with Megaman against his worst Nemesis: the Maverick Zero, Willy's creation. Just to see at the end the virus inside Zero, make Megaman become a Maverick!

I remember that. I remember scrambling for an explanation as to where it went afterwards, the crushing disappointment setting in as I slowly realised, after several repeats of the now "rectified" Ocean version, that it was all just a big mistake and I'd never get to see or, indeed, hear what I'd heard during that saga's first run. I don't know why everyone dislikes the opening theme to this show, I understand that it is cheesy failed attempt at being badass but so was most other cartoon intros of the late 80s and the early 90s, thats one of the things that makes them nostalgic and awesome to begin with.

She was a household Bot, and before his upgrade Rock was a lab assistant with the Variable Tools System (ability to learn/manipulate any tool he comes across without prior knowledge of.) As per Protoman, he was always fairly ambiguous, and 5, which came out around the same time as the show put his 'nobility' at risk thanks to Dark Man's imposter bit. Also the fact that he's an older mirror of Rock makes him an ideal 'evil twin'
